Through my research about consumption, I realized the significant level of damage we do to the earth through the consumption of simple things we take for granted.
For this particular project, I decided to focus on the cause and effect of cattle consumption in North America, and worldwide. This popular food choice creates a great deal of harm to the planet, and the situation is only worsening. To emphasize this point, I used various circles to represent the data and percentages of the statistics, and overlayed them for comparison and emphasis. I also contrasted the situation in the past, present and future to show the trends of beef consumption and its effect on the planet. My representation gives a clear idea of the damaging effects of cattle production.
